Cash on delivery is paid upon receipt of the goods from the transport company.

Sending the goods after payment by bank transfer through PrivatBank.

- Cashless payment with VAT. (check prices and conditions with managers).

Cashless payment for legal entities and VAT payers. (we issue invoices with VAT, register tax invoices).

WE WORK ON PREPAYMENT IN CASES:

If the order has a very large volume, weight or cost and delivery costs are quite high, our company asks our clients to make a small prepayment to confirm the order (for example, 100-200 UAH, or MAINLY the cost of delivery is calculated), which is subsequently deducted from the cash on delivery. This request is due to the problems that sometimes arise with the collection of goods (the client cannot receive the goods on time, changed his mind about buying, etc.), which entails our costs for the delivery of goods in both directions plus storage with the carrier. Therefore, in such cases, we can sometimes exercise the right to refuse to fulfill the order without a minimum prepayment, with the obligatory notification of the client about this.
