1. Registration and partnership:
- Register on our website by selecting the "Dropshipping" customer group and become an official partner of Santehplast.
- After registration, wait for your affiliate account to be confirmed by the manager. To speed up the process, you can also contact the dropshipping department at 097 920 04 43.
- After verifying your account, you will have access to the full range of products and wholesale prices for products sold under the dropshipping model.
2. Assortment and prices:
- You'll get access to our wide range of plumbing products.
- We provide you with up-to-date price lists with competitive prices in formats that are convenient for you (xls, xml, pdf, xlsx, etc.).
3. Placing orders:
- You accept orders from your customers and transmit them to us through the SANTEHPLAST website. SHOP, having previously registered under the dropshipping model. We process orders and ship products directly to your customers.
4. Payment and conditions:
- You get your commission on each sale.
- Payment can be made upon delivery of the order to the client or by prior agreement with your manager.
5. Logistics and Shipping:
- We deal with all issues related to the packaging and delivery of products on time.
- We provide fast and reliable delivery of goods throughout Ukraine using delivery services such as Nova Poshta, UkrPoshta. Other delivery methods are discussed individually.
6. Support and Maintenance:

Delivery terms and risks:
- Reservation of goods immediately after placing an order on the site.
- You can place an order through the website, by phone through a personal manager, as well as through Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp messengers.
- Wait for confirmation of the order from your manager within 30 minutes after placing it.
- Coordination of goods on order and terms of shipment, as well as order correction if necessary.
- Order assembly in 30-60 minutes, depending on the volume of ordered products.
- Checking the integrity, quantity and compliance of the goods specified in the order.
- Packaging and dispatch of goods (after sending the order, you receive a consignment note number).
- Once we have shipped an order to your customer, it is your responsibility to notify the customer that the order has been shipped and provide them with a tracking number. Also, it is important to remind the client of the need to pick up the order from the post office in a timely manner if necessary.
- Important! In the event that the customer refuses to receive the order for any reason, and this refusal is not due to our fault (for example, the goods are sent in accordance with the order and without defects), then the cost of delivery, both there and back, is borne by you. Therefore, in order to avoid such situations, we recommend that you carefully inform customers about the product, order details and delivery terms.
- We ship the goods on the day of the order, if it is placed before 16:00. Orders placed after 16:00 are sent the next day. Pickup or delivery by courier in Kharkiv is possible (specify). You can track the status of your order in your personal account.
Payment:
- Cash upon pickup or delivery of goods.
- By transferring funds to a bank card, with details.
Deferred payments:
We provide deferred payments depending on the type of client and the volume of orders. A deferral is possible only after confirming you as a client with a positive payment history. Note that the deferral is not granted on the first invoice. Payment terms are agreed individually with each client.
Conditions for the formation of price types:
Individual discounts are also possible, which depend on the category of goods and the volume of the order. These conditions are discussed individually directly with the manager.
